“I am a computer scientist with no artistic experience whatsoever. And yet, Rebecca's printing class got me all into the letterpress printing process. We printed our invitations in one afternoon workshop, and it was as good an weekend afternoon as one could spend.
The invitations came out perfect; way-way over what you could get from a online printing place. Also, the personal touch and experience of the process cannot be matched. Rebecca herself was very helpful throughout the process; suggesting changes to the design when we wanted. Awesome outcome. Take the workshop, you will not regret it.”                -Saurabh S.

“Rebecca worked with me to create an original letterpress thank you note in two sessions. First we mocked up the design in Illustrator, which was quick and fun (she got the concept right away and had some great suggestions). The next session we met at her press in her cool warehouse space. She taught me the whole process from start to finish, so I got to do most of it myself. (She mixed the ink and set up/cleaned the press.) It was very satisfying to end the afternoon with 100 custom notes---and the plates, in case I'd like to print more at a future date. “Clueless to what letterpress was.. ...I knew that I liked the results from looking at finished work. Myself, a designer, I was looking for ideas for logo and marketing material that had a personal touch that reflected in my products. Rebecca opened up possibilities and showed me the limitations of what I could do. My letterpress project was notecards. I get compliments on the cards and they give a really nice first impresstion. My original idea wasn't possible and she took the time to email me options and reasons why it wouldn't work. I was given directions on where I wanted to go before I got to class. I ended up just showing up and letting her demonstrate what was possible. It's a beautiful form of printing and Rebecca knows her craft.”        -Dianne H.

Communication was excellent, and I couldn't have been happier with the finished product. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but it was shipped international.
